Besides my daily morning latte, another thing I NEED to do before I can really start my day is make the beds. Yes, even on vacation. I'm also a master arranger. I love to tidy. Too bad I don't love to clean as much, though I certainly have my moments of inspiration. ha ha ha

OK, off to bed I go! I was up late preparing for Elle's big day tomorrow. She will be FIVE. She's so very excited. It's all she could talk about before, during and after our vacation. All day today I kept pointing out how this was her last day as a four-year old. I can hardly believe it, friends. I can't help but reflect on her how-you-came-to-be story. You Moms know how it is. That and her triumphant, earth shattering (to us) birth. Sigh. My sweet, uber-planned, desperately wanted* baby sure is growing up!

*That's not to say our other two weren't uber-planned and/or desperately wanted, it's just that they came to us so much easier than Elle did. She will always be our long-awaited miracle girl.
