What She Won't Tell You That I Will

Later, I will gracefully accept another Thinking Blogger award sweetly bestowed upon me, this time, by the fabulous Sognatrice of Bleeding Espresso but first, this:

My sister-friend-neighbor took this beautiful picture of Anna Sofia during a play date on Thursday. She called it Pout and heralded the Shirley Temple curls in her caption. I couldn't wait to share it with you (which I've done with her permission) because, yes, yes, it's all very cute but Anna Sofia wasn't pouting, my friends. She was pooping.

True story. 

Also, I'm holding dinner hostage. Anyone care to guess why?

Okay, okay. So she was pooping --- give the kid some privacy would you? I mean, you wouldn't catch me talking about my kid's bowel movements or the lack thereof, would you? (said the girl who has recently been overjoyed that her son has finally taken to pooping on the potty and now she can finally stop talking about it!)
