Love Thursday - Three Little Strawberries

I tend to keep fresh fruit cut up for the kids to snack on. On this day, I had fixed a large container of strawberries and set a few on a paper towel to absorb the excess water.

Mom, can I have these three strawberries?

Sure, honey.

(giggle) Look! Three little hearts!

How about that?

One for each of your girls. Here's me, here's Anna Sofia and here's Elle. (more giggles)

That's right. One for each of my sweet baby girls.

Thursday already, huh?! Wow! My Love Thursday story today has to be that the other night I was walking to the office with Ian and Dylan and it was very dark outside. I was holding Dylan and asked Ian to hold my hand so he wouldn't trip and without my saying anything, he said "we hang on to each other, Mommy, so that we don't trip and fall." And when I said "That's right, Ian, if we hang on to each other, we won't fall." it was just such a life-truth moment. Yep, if we hang on to each other, we will never really fall.

Your daughter has a keen eye and it looks like the strawberries were red, ripe, sweet and juicy. I love the image!
